The Passion is really gaining momentum now as more people are getting on board and offering to be part of the journey. This weekend many churches across the city will be showing the promo dvd that we have produced and we are expecting lots of feedback from that. Next week the project management team are having their first meeting where we will start to shape the way forward for the Passion to ensure that everything is being done at just right time. The script is in the process of being read and checked by a few people so that they can advise me on any changes that should be made and the first songs are in the process of being written. I spent some time with Nathan (Musical director), last night and it is exciting to hear what he is producing! We are in real need of someone to come on board and take the role of Finance director, so please pray that the right person will step up to the plate. The event management plan has started to be developed and Alan (Project co-ordinator), is starting the very detailed work of producing a site plan of Hoglands Park, where we hope to stage the event. The council are right behind us and have given us the green light to stage the event there and so we now have to submit an event application outlining exactly what we're planning to do and how we plan to do it!
